Wild West Themed Corporate Party

What an exciting theme to kick off 2023 with! We absolutely loved transforming the Factory Works venue space at The Custard Factory into the wild west. As guests entered they were greeted by our life size grizzly bear, Ralph, alongside a cactus, themed welcome sign, themed directional signs & an autumn canopy tree.

We created chill out areas throughout the venue with our rustic pallet furniture which consisted of sofas, bench seats, cube seats, coffee tables. We also used our oxblood chesterfield sofas which were on theme in one of the lounge areas. Our traditional rugs & faux fur cushions were the perfect pairing for each furniture cluster. Our 6ft pallet bars with roofs were used as food stations with bespoke signage. Oak barrels were used as poseur tables and paired with our copper tolix stools by the bar area. In the entrance our corkscrew poseur stools & wrought iron poseur tables were used for guests to perch on whilst picking up a glass of prosecco from our straight barrel bars.

The ceiling in the main space was decorated with hessian drapes in a linear formation with black festoon lighting hung between the swags. Black festoon was also hung in a radial shape throughout the rest of the venue and in a zig-zag formation in the entranceway.

Clusters of props were used to create fun photo backdrops for guests to pose infront of. The first area consisted of a brown fairylight curtain which twinkled like the night sky, cacti, rocky mountains, wagon wheels, hurricane lanterns, foliage & even a donkey! The second cluster included a rach entrance sign, cow, oak barrels, wagon wheels, 3m & canopy autumn trees, chickens, log slices, barrel pots, cactus, foliage & bull head skull.
