With over 16 years of experience and hundreds of events each year, we have had the pleasure of working on a whole host of different types of events all over the UK, from corporate conferences, exhibitions, glamorous award nights and product launches, to birthday parties, themed events and weddings. We offer a stand-alone dry-hire service or complete themed services, so depending on your budget and your event requirements we can help.
Elevate your event to the next level by creating the perfect themed setting using our extensive range of themed props for hire. Looking for a camel, the Eiffel Tower or an awards statue? We have a whole Aladdin’s cave warehouse full of props to suit your theme, whether it’s Moroccan, Alice in Wonderland or Masquerade. Top off the event décor with superior quality drapes and ceiling installations for a complete and total venue transformation. If for some reason we don’t have the prop that you’re looking for, in some cases we may be able to produce or source it for you. Offering distinct ranges of stylish, functional and bespoke furniture available to hire, our sister site More Furniture brings to you a unique and creative world of event furniture hire. The 9 unique and contemporary ranges include cube seats, poseur stools and tables, circular seating units, coffee tables, sofas and much more allowing you to furniture your event in style! Our bespoke design service means most of our seating and tables can be painted or upholstered in a wide range of fabrics and colours to suit any specification, matching your corporate branding or vision down to the pantone match.
Our other sister site More Weddings provides a completely unique wedding venue styling service, transforming any space into pure elegance by using a combination of beautiful drapes, lighting, props and furniture. The possibilities are endless and no creative brief is too extravagant, whether it’s the blank canvas of a barn venue to an opulent stately home, we’ll assist you with creating that wow factor look.
HOW WE WORK
Our talented in-house production team includes CADD & 3D rendering designers, Seamstresses, Carpenters, Metal Fabricators, Fabric Engineers, Upholstery Technicians, Prop Makers and production managers, all with a wealth of experience in many aspects across the events industry. Rest assured no matter the type or size of the event, we can help to bring your ideas and requirements to life to the highest of standards to create outstanding and memorable spaces and events.
A large part of our success comes from the level of detail that goes into every event. From the initial contact and proposal, right through to event completion, MORE are passionate and enthusiastic about providing the best customer service from start to finish and therefore have a step by step process to how we work:

For every project we conduct research into brand ideology, identity & message. We take time to fully understand your audience and requirements.
This stage is when ideas and proposals become reality for any bespoke elements incorporated in your event design. Our talented production team create magic in our warehouse.
Our team deliver and assemble all custom, themed & bespoke event decor. All installations adhere to strict health & safety rules and are overseen by a Project Manager.
Many of our props can be dry hired where you collect the props from our warehouse and drop them back to us after your event, or we can help arrange a courier to deliver the items hassle free.

Back in 2005, More Production started out just a small weekend side job with Clive’s love and passion for creating visually exciting spaces, and originally mainly working for nightclubs. With some of the biggest names in the industry at the time, such as Caswash, Lisa Lashes, and JFK. Slowly but surely this side passion became a full time job, and storage from the understairs cupboard needed a shed, a larger shed and very quickly to a warehouse space.
As the projects and requirements grew, more helping hands were needed, and with each new person brought new passions and skills to the table creating a more diverse service for event production solutions.
Clive’s son Michael took interest in his fathers work and began to lend a helping hand from a young age which pathed the way to making More Production the close knit family company it is today and in 2017 Michael became the MD of More Production.
We are working hard to reduce our business carbon footprint and we take effort in logistically planning our daily deliveries to keep our carbon footprint as small as possible.
We are also making a conscious effort to minimise the use of paper and move online to ‘e’ documents in terms of paperwork across the board from accounts to production.
Event production is known to be quite a wasteful industry as a lot of materials can be used for a one off event. However we are committed to maintaining a responsible business without compromising functionality and quality of service.
We are working on a series of initiatives to ensure a more sustainable and ethical approach to business that minimises our impact on our planet by reusing and repurposing where possible at first off. We are constantly on the lookout for new possible ways of doing things to reduce waste and our carbon footprint with the materials we use.
We have taken steps to reduce single use packaging as much as possible by replacing the majority of our product packaging with reusable, padded, tailored to fit fabric ‘bags’ to protect them during transit and the product’s longevity.
