Ski Chalet Christmas Party

For this office Christmas party, we turned the conference rooms into a ski chalet resort. Starting in the chalet ‘pub’, we draped the room in a luxurious grey fabric overlay-ed on sparkling fairy lights to add a warm and cosy glow to the room. We then installed a dark stained pallet bar with scafolding up and over framing, for guests to take their pick from mulled wine, craft beers and refreshing fizz.

Moving through the office spaces, guests were taken on a winter wonderland journey, surrounded by snow flocked christmas trees, 6ft & 3m frozen trees, reindeer, polar bear and assorted apres ski props.

Over in the food court, we installed a fairy light wall to set a picture perfect scene and our rustic pallet bar with roof housed an all you can eat buffet.
