2016 — 2026   |   A decade of partnership
Waitrose Food & Drink Festival

Built to bring people together. Trusted to return.

In 2026, More Production marks its tenth year working on the Waitrose Food & Drink Festival — a milestone built on sturdy, well-finished pallet bars, dependable delivery and relationships that have carried across venues and event teams.

The story

A decade of collaboration. One enduring partnership.

We began supplying pallet bars for the Waitrose Food & Drink Festival in 2016. From the early editions at County Hall in London to today’s festival at Tobacco Dock, our team has kept creating spaces where food and drink brands can meet their audience.

The project began with Story Events. When Waitrose appointed We Are Collider and the festival moved to Tobacco Dock in 2022, the new event team chose to keep working with us. That continuity means a great deal to our team: it reflects the trust built through every brief, build and live event.

The festival did not take place in 2020 due to COVID-19.

What we deliver

More than a bar.

Our sturdy, high-quality pallet bars provide reliable serving points throughout the festival. Exhibitors can add their own branding to the fronts if they wish.

Across the years our work has expanded to wine and barrel stands, overhead frames, branded displays, branded seating and lounge furniture. Year after year, we follow a proven blueprint, building and installing the bars and furniture to a standard the event team can rely on.
