Health & Safety is at the forefront of everything we do and we understand that it is extremely important for our clients, the venues that we work in and for our own staff. We have a number of procedures in place to ensure that we exceed our Health & Safety obligations.

Fire Certificates

We ensure that all fabrics we use for draping or upholstery meet UK and European fire retardant regulations.

If you require a fire certificate for an event we are installing, please get in touch and we will happily send you the relevant documents.


Risk & Method Statements 

We will carry out a risk assessment and method statement for each specific event. We are more than happy to provide our clients and the venue with a copy of this if required.


PAT Testing

All of our electrical items are tested for electrical safety periodically, at least every 12 months. All electrical items are tested by our competent warehouse staff and supervised by City & Guilds qualified engineers. Items that passed can be identified by a green pass label. Failed items are removed from service.


COVID Secure Policy

All crew are tested weekly as a minimum and any reporting any symptoms of COVID-19 or related illness will not attend any work place or venue.

Management and crew chiefs have all been fully trained in a Safer Event Organiser Certification.


Equipment will be sterilised using 60%+ alcohol solution prior to any hire and on its return, in order to reduce surface and human to human contact.

Enhanced sanitation by staff regularly sterilising hands, warehouse equipment and surfaces with 60%+ alcohol solution.


Sanitizing kit is kept in More Production vehicles, which can me moved to on site work if needed.

Crew will keep a safe distance, social distancing from on site and venue staff at all times to minimise any on site risks during installation and removal.

PPE can be worn by all staff members during event installation and removal.

We will adhere to any onsite venue requirements and their working policies.
