ALICE IN WINTERLAND FOR COCA COLA

Alice in Wonderland and Winter Wonderland theme elements were combined to create a truly magical Christmas party and annual conference for Coca Cola at the NEC.

The two styles were mixed effortlessly to create a cohesive look by using a range of artificial trees, including our frozen and snow flocked tree collection. Guests entered the venue through a winter display of canopy frozen trees, white picket fencing, silver lanterns, snow flocked trees, our giant polar bear and a snowy printed backdrop. The walkway was also lined with our giant fabric playing cards and black street lamps.

Traditional Alice in Wonderland decor was also used throughout the venue including a giant ‘drink me’ bottle, flamingos, toadstools, butterflies and our wonderland sign post.

Intricate Mad Hatter’s Tea Party decor adorned the tables with our silver candelabras, music sheets, books, candles, moss, tea cups, grass and black and white check table runners and our 6ft artificial ficus, lilac wisteria and frozen trees.

A large black and white dance floor was installed and our large chess pieces were also placed on it tying into the theming.

We also created an impressive ilussion walkway at 10m x 3.5m through to the drinks reception area inkeeping with the theme. Two bespoke black and white checkered backdrop were produced and angled inwards, the av team shone strobe lights on to it to really add to the effect as guests walked through.

In the main arena two 10m long bars were installed which were completely covered in artificial grass and sprayed white for a frosty finish. Our 6ft frozen trees were then placed ontop.
