Over 500 event professionals gathered at Convene London in late January for a thought-provoking two-day event called Micebook EXPO 2024. Held at 22 Bishopsgate in London, the expo brought together a network of top-notch corporate and agency planners dedicated to delivering exceptional events.

Micebook Expo is known for its boutique setting, offering pre-scheduled meeting times in the mornings and free-flowing educational sessions in the afternoons. With a focus on quality, the event attracted a diverse audience of UK event planners, agency leaders, award-winning agencies, corporate partners, and suppliers.

Throughout the event, attendees had the opportunity to participate in workshops, presentations, and networking sessions in the newly created EXPO Bazaar. Designed with a Moroccan theme by More Production, the Bazaar featured bamboo sofas and rustic coffee tables nestled beneath 8ft palm trees. Moroccan lanterns and uplighters cast a warm, inviting glow, while vibrant textiles and ornate decorations adorned the stage, infusing the space with an air of exotic sophistication. Rustic poseur tables and copper stools as supplier stands invited event profs to engage.

On the first evening, the Bazaar served as the venue for a lively drinks reception featuring entertainment from The Wandering Hands band. Event professionals mingled, drinks flowed freely, and valuable connections were made. Attendees left the event feeling inspired and motivated to create exceptional experiences for their clients.

A special thanks to Micebook for having us as a sponsor of the event, it was lovely to meet so many inspiring event profs!
