Our lounge furniture is great for creating cosy chill out corners at your event and our range of sofas are a practical yet stunning seating option for this. 9 times out of 10 our clients looking to hire clusters of furniture will choose to hire a sofa alongside our other seating options; but how do you level up a pallet or chesterfield sofa so they don’t look sparse or lost in the space? It’s vital to ensure it is accessorised to complete the look and really make the most of your furniture hire. Pallet sofas can be a great blank canvas to easily dress up and they’re so adaptable to work to your event theme. We have plenty of extras available to hire with your sofas, so here are a few key accessories our stylists would recommend.

Scatter cushions and throws are essential when accessorising your furniture. They are a way to easily introduce colours from your events colour scheme and you can also choose tones that complement each other well. Mix textures together such as fur and velvet to add a luxurious feel and contrast to your décor. They don’t have to be used just for aesthetics either, they also have a practical use by keeping your guests warm and cosy in cooler months.

RUGS
Rugs can soften a lounge area, adding a homely and sometimes quirky feel to your event. They are available to hire in 5 different colours and are often hired alongside each other to create an eclectic mix of colours and patterns.
Our jute & beige woven rugs are also perfect for boho themed events, as well as beach, tropical, jungle, safari, or oriental themed events.
PLANTS & FOLIAGE
Foliage can completely transform a venue by adding another dimension to the décor. Choose different sizes and styles and place beside or behind the sofas. Our 6ft, 3m or 4m canopy trees would work best next to furniture clusters. We have a large range of artificial trees available to hire including kentia palms, palm trees and ficus trees which are some of our most popular styles. Our lemon, orange & bougainvillea trees are a fab way to inject some vibrant colour and a Mediterranean feel to your event.
COFFEE TABLES
These are essential for guests to rest their drinks on however you can also use them as an opportunity to stage smaller props on such as candles, lanterns and plants.

This festival themed corporate summer party which took place on the grounds at Regents University featured a small zen den area. Our rustic pallet 3 seater sofa was accessorised with cushions and Moroccan pouffes in neutral & earthy tones, beige woven rug, low pallet grazing table, kentia palms and a canopy ficus tree.
This Sakura Garden concept with Story Events was brought to life by our rustic pallet 3 seater & 2 seater sofas, dressed with heather pink, baby pink, white & moss green cushions, rustic rectangular coffee table, jute rug, gold bird cage with pink rose garland & trailing artifical plant. Our 3m white blossom tree and large chrome lanterns completed the look.
This styled photoshoot at Deene Park was created to inspire brides seeking classic luxury within a laidback outdoor setting. The decor incorporated subtle Italian vibes so our 6ft olive trees & kentia palms were the perfect addition to our 3 seater pallet sofa. Neutral and earthy toned cushions were used to match the rustic style. Our oak barrels are great as a poseur table or bar to stand drinks or other decor on.
This job at The Brewery in London included heaps of rustic European charm with our oxblood chesterfield sofas, oxblood chesterfield cube seats, chest coffee tables, apple crates & stunning floral displays by hybridflowerco.
Rustic furniture meets pretty pastels for this gorgeous Mediterranean inspired wedding brunch at Euridge Manor. Our rustic corner sofa set was paired with our rustic rectangular coffee table, peach patterned and green cushions.
