When planning an event, there really is an endless list of tasks to complete, no matter what type of event that might be, a private corporate event, a wedding, a product launch, awards ceremony, fashion show, PR event or even a Christmas party or bar mitzvah. 

We work with some of the country’s leading event agencies and hundreds of private clients every year, and our job? To be their secret weapon behind the scenes and make their jobs easier! It’s often we’re contacted in the initial stages of their event planning (and sometimes the day before… which is when we adorn our superhero capes and rally to the rescue!)… which is where we are given a brief, usually to the detail of when, where and what. 

Sometimes, it’s hard to pinpoint where to start for our clients, and if they are working on behalf of another 3rd party, it can be difficult for a vision to be filtered into reality, enter MORE. No matter how big or small the brief, so long as we know when, where and what style your event is, our collection of creative bees conjures up a free consultation and proposal. This is where we would include all of the weird and wonderful suggestions we have for said event style.

As a company we are completely flexible and transparent, we work in a way that best suits you. Do you have a vision with carefully annotated floor plans/ CADDS? Are you working with a particular event manager, a venue or third party? Have you got no clue whatsoever on theming, production, and décor? No promlemo! We are here to help in any way required. We will work to set plans and logistics, we will liaise with you, your clients or venue contacts and you will have a dedicated project manager as point of contact for us every step of the way. (We are really that easy to work with!)

Often, some long standing clients who know how we work and trust our methods and creativity, will email us a brief, and within will be a date, a venue, a theme and the words ‘work your magic!’. From that we take the reins on said theme and whip together a detailed plan of action with suggestions from our Aladdin’s cave (warehouse filled with our amazing props and décor) working to the available plans from the venue to transform the event space, result and exceeding our clients expectations time and time again. 


Our team comprises of Project Managers, Production Managers, CADD & 3D renderers, Carpenters, Seamstresses, Metal and Material Fabricators, Upholstery technicians and Prop Makers. 

What can we do? ANYTHING! One thing our clients love about us is our ethos – “If we don’t have it in our Aladdin’s cave, we’ll find it or make it!” Whether that be draping, theming, props, or bespoke feature builds.

How do we do it? We provide a free visual proposal and quotation based on your brief. You are assigned a project / event manager who communicates everything with a designated Production Manager and the whole team is briefed internally on the specifications of your event. And we will attend as many site visits or meetings that you require on the run up to your event. It really is that simple!
