Here at More Production, we are known for the impact our theming, draping, furniture, and bespoke production has at events. We have worked in some of the biggest arenas in the UK and some of the smallest office buildings for private corporate events. No matter the size of the event space, our props and décor never fail to go unnoticed. But that is not the only reason our clients keep coming back for more… team MORE are passionate about providing the best possible service to our customers and a large part of our success comes from the level of detail we put into every event, quote, proposal, conversation, and stock.
When it comes to event production, the possibilities at MORE are endless. Our clients can select ‘off the shelf’ items from our Aladdin’s cave (our warehouse) or choose to go with something a little more bespoke, designed and made in our workshop.

It all begins during our first conversation, we listen to your event brief, requests, budget guidelines and (if known) venue details. We take the time to get to know you so that we understand you and your brand. From here we identify your vision, and we get to work on bringing it to life.
Then, as a team of people who thrive off creativity, we brainstorm all the amazing ideas for your said theme / brief, and we pack all the ideas into a detailed visual proposal. Our clients like to look at our proposals a bit like a shopping list, we are showing you what you can have, right down to the little finishing touches, and you pick your favourites, simple.
Here at More we value transparency with our clients, and we communicate clearly from start to finish. We put all your chosen items into an easy-to-read quotation, broken down into an itemised format, including any logistical costs based on the items selected and the venue location. We work with you every step of the way and thoroughly map out all logistics, considering your access times for both installation and removal.
Once you are happy with your quote and you sign off on our proposals, your dedicated project and production managers get to work on building any bespoke elements and prepping your confirmed items. No two events and no two clients are the same, which is why we are more than happy to work closely with your venue/event space team. Particularly with draping, venues have their own regulations, attachment points, rigging structures, and variants in sizes, shapes, and ceiling heights. – We really have done it all so our team is prepared to work closely with all parties and create a solid plan adhering to all health and safety policies.
With over 16 years of experience in the event industry, our network of established suppliers has grown tremendously. We work with the best of the best when it comes to outsourcing any materials, whether that be fabric, props, or woodwork. Each year we work on hundreds of events of all different shapes, sizes, and unique ideas. From prestigious product launches to glamourous awards ceremonies, and from magical winter wonderlands to Halloween spook fests!
Event design is a huge passion for each team member at More, we take pride in what we do, and we are a bunch of like-minded people that want your event(s) to be everything you imagined, plus more! Over 16 years ago, the founder of More Production started a small business based on his love for fabrics and drapery, delivering custom made drapes for events and nightclubs. Mastering his craft for bespoke drape, and all the different draping types known to man! His knowledge has been passed on to new employees and we have seen the team grow bigger and bigger, each trained to the highest of standards.
Our expertise of drapery and upholstery fabrics has grown and developed over the years and the capabilities in what we can offer have grown also.

We work hard for long lasting relationships with our clients, and for that reason, if ever we feel something is not right – whether that be during the planning/production stages, or the installation during the setup, if we are not fully satisfied with the level of detail and overall finish, we ensure we correct or replace that of which we are not happy with. All within schedule, of course.
As the team has grown we have taken on some of the best talent in the industry, we have recruited prop makers, seamstresses, manufacturers, and carpenters, each trained in their craft. This enables us to keep all our ever-growing workshop of props, furniture, drapers, and scenic décor all to the highest of standards, all of which give you the best possible finish and desired impact at your event.
